Vintage means pre-loved and all our vintage pieces are one-of-a kind and there’s only one of each in stock. In the description of each product we include the measurements and the size equivalent. Most of our products are one size. The pictures are faithful representations and are not photoshoped. In the case you have any doubt about a size, color or anything referencing how it may fit, feel free to contact us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

All of our items have been cleaned before they are shipped.

Our products are in good condition or even new with tags, but keep in mind you are buying vintage clothing. Slight, but not compromising wear and tear are to be expected. The prices are in USD and are not negotiable. Please take into account that every item is a high quality vintage piece, hard to find and is in good condition. All items are carefully curated vintage pieces and limited edition. Any subtle imperfections are due to the age and previous wear. Any areas of wear are acknowledged in the product description.

Please allow 3-5 busdays for processing, as we are a very small team. Once your item is shipped you will be notified by email with the tracking information. The rate you choose for shipping is in addition to the processing time. For example, if you choose 1-3-day shipping, you will receive your package in 4-8 business days. 

If you require faster processing time, please notify us at -- we will do all that we can to accommodate you.

PLEASE NOTE our Customs Policy:

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. 

 **If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. shipping costs are non-refundable.**

**Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**


Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package. 


Returns are not guaranteed and are only eligible for store credit. If you would like to make a return please send an email to with '(your item number) + return' in the subject box. Please send the email within 48 hours of receiving your order according to the shipping confirmation notification.

Excessive Returns

We try to be as reasonable as possible. However, please note-  2:AM does keep track of customer returns and we do reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion due to an excessive return history.
